　　I. Warm installation tips and home delivery in advance

　　Users will obtain a ROEN Tips Card provided by Roen wallcovering construction experts after signing an order to tell precautions before wallcovering installation. After the users order our products, we will deliver the products to user’s home so that the products are balanced with the user residence environment for some time.

　　II. Free wall evaluation for completely worry-free installation

　　Roen provides a free visit to users for measuring construction area and checking whether the wall surface is consistent with installation conditions (wall flatness, humidity, wallcovering installation direction, door pocket reservation and measurement data provided, etc.) to ensure wallcovering installation quality. If the wall flatness cannot reach standard requirements, users will be required to first process the wall surface and we can provide secondary free flatness survey.

　　III. Unified acceptance standard for well-documented supervision

　　Roen Group unifies construction acceptance standards to enable you to find data for acceptance and supervise by some standards.

　　IV. Staff works with certificate and expert-level enjoyment

　　Roen wallcovering installation staffs receive skill trainings and tests uniformly from relevant departments in accordance with wallcovering installation standards.

Roen will use a number of methods to ensure the information free of illegal access as far as possible. The users clearly agree that risks of using Roen network services are borne by themselves.

　　Roen does not guarantee network services consistent with user requirements, no network service interruption or timeliness, security and accuracy of network services.

　　Roen does not guarantee accuracy and completeness of external links provided for convenience of users and bear any responsibility for any webpage content given by the external links but out of actual control of Roen.

　　For network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of Roen, Roen will not bear any responsibility, but will try to reduce losses and impacts of users.
