Professional construction team

　　Since inception in 1995, Roen has built 6 professional construction teams and employed nearly one hundred construction technicians and a number of senior construction technicians with construction experience of more than 10 years through continuous surpassing and vigorous development, to provide professional and efficient installation services and ensure no further worry of Roen wallcovering users. We carry out regular or irregular professional technical trainings and examinations for all construction personnel to continuous improve construction technologies and services; we also use professional construction tools and environmentally friendly construction accessories originally imported from Japan to meet increasingly improved requirements of customers for wallcovering installation services and high-quality life.

　　Engineering service process:

　　Wall surface measurement → wall body inspection → basement membrane brushing → repeated measurement of wall surface → wallcovering inspection → glue solution blending → wallcovering clipping → coating → wallcovering pasting → inspection and clear-up

　　Step 1: wall surface measurement

　　To measure length and height of construction wall surface based on customer requirements, fill out measurement forms, draw simple house type images and reasonably calculate wallcovering use amount according to actual application effects.

　　Step 2: wall body inspection

　　Good treatment of wall basement is the premise of ensuring wallcovering installation quality and effects. The wall basement must be dry, clean, flat, solid, firm, free of chalking, peeling, hollowing and cracks and uniform in colors with neutral pH (PH value close to 7) and moderate water absorption.

　　Step 3: wall basement membrane brushing

　　Basement membrane brushing can ensure removal of excess moisture and alkaline substances from the wall basement to reach moisture and mildew protection of wallcovering; the basement membrane can strengthen the basement and prevent pulverization to make it more solid and durable. In addition, the basement membrane also can enhance bonding force between the wallcovering and wall surface and facilitate replacement of wallcovering.

　　Step 4: repeated wall surface measurement

　　To measure length and height of construction wall again and compare them with the measuring list to check whether there is an error. In addition, check whether the basement membrane is dry completely. The wallcovering can be pasted after the basement membrane is dry completely.

　　Step 5: wallcovering inspection

　　Prior to unpacking the wallcovering, check whether the external package is intact and wallcovering model, batch number and quantity are consistent with the order. Check wallcovering label prompts to determine whether registration, front and back cross pasting, etc. are required.

　　Step 6: glue solution blending

　　To take quantitative wet glue and pour it into a dedicated construction barrel, add defined amount of clean water based on paper materials and mix them uniformly with a professional glue mixer to reach smooth and sticky plastic state. Install the gluing machine properly, pour the glue solution into storage tank of the gluing machine and then adjust gluing thickness based on needs prior to gluing operations.

　　Step 7: wallcovering clipping and gluing

　　To clip the wallcovering based on the reference of actual wall surface area and registration mode of wallcovering. Manual clipping and gluing are used for wallcovering with width of more than 1.2m, and the gluing machine is used for gluing and clipping of wallcovering with width of less than 1.2m.

　　Step 8: wallcovering pasting

　　A professional construction method is selected for pasting based on different wallcovering materials and wall surface conditions, pasting from one side to the other side clockwise or counterclockwise or pasting successively from the middle to both sides based on pattern, to ensure beauty.

　　Step 9: inspection and clear-up

　　After the wallcovering pasting is completed, check overall pasting effects of the wallcovering. Prior to installation completion and withdrawal, check seriously it again to determine whether there are cracks, hollows, bubbles, wrinkles, stains, glue marks, etc.. If they are found, a timely repair will be made to ensure installation quality. Finally clear up the construction site and clean construction tools for withdrawal.
